Warranty

The Warranty is handled by the manufacture who requires a shipping handling fee of $10 for each defective item replaced. Kryptonbulbs.com being a distributor is authorized to process these Warranty claims so we ask that you return Defective products to us, please read and follow the following instructions.

 

If you have multiple sets, please send $10.00 USD per set. The charge is for SHIPPING & HANDLING. The $10.00 has to cover the cost of the following:
1. Postage.
2. Bubbled envelope
3. The cost of having our staff respond to your emails promptly
4. The cost of having our staff process the payments.
5. The cost of having our staff process and package your order.
6. The cost of having our staff drive to the post office, stand in line, ship packages and the drive time back to the office, and paying .37 per mile traveled for gas and vehicle wear and tear.  There really is a lot more to getting your product to you quickly and in great condition.  We take great pride in our products, and hope you enjoy using them. 

Please send MONEY ORDER made payable to: Kryptonbulbs.com for $10.00 USD.  Also include your full name, address, phone, and E-mail.

When sending your defective item back to us, please package your item well and include a money order for $10.00 USD.   In return you will receive a brand new set of bulbs in a sealed case.  If you have multiple sets please send $10.00 USD per set.


Payment information:

We process payments with Paypal Card processing and accept money orders, this means you have 3 payment options:

  • You can enter your card info with our Paypal secured Checkout (during checkout click the "continue" button on the left side of the screen where it says "Don't have a paypal account?")

  • Sign into your paypal account and pay directly through paypal.

  • Mail your payment in (see our "Mail Payment" page by clicking the "Mail Payment" button to the left)

Shipping Policy:

Shipping on orders of $25.00 or more is FREE! Orders under $25 are charged a nominal shipping fee of $4.00
